Welcome to CheeseSync, a product of Moosera LLC. By accessing or using CheeseSync, you agree to the following terms:
1. Use of Service
You agree to use CheeseSync only for lawful purposes. You must not upload, generate, or distribute any content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
2. User Content
You are solely responsible for any content you upload, including audio, lyrics, images, and videos. You confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use such content.
3. Service Availability
CheeseSync is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change at any time.
4. Credits & Payments
Credits are used to generate videos. 1 credit equals 1 second of output. Credits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing or credit systems at any time.
5. Account Access
Access is currently provided via email (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
CheeseSync and Moosera LLC are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of this service, including loss of data or content.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Videos and subtitles generated by CheeseSync are created automatically and may contain inaccuracies, including timing or text alignment issues.
Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before use or distribution.
CheeseSync and Moosera LLC are not responsible for any errors in generated content.
You are solely responsible for all content uploaded to CheeseSync, including audio, lyrics, images, and videos.
By using this service, you confirm that:
CheeseSync and Moosera LLC do not claim ownership of user content and are not responsible for any copyright infringement caused by user uploads.

Adjusting subtitle size, position, layout, or style โ no credits used
Fixing text content (title, artist, lyrics) โ requires regeneration (credits used)
Re-compose:
"Save & Compose" does not consume credits. You can re-render as many times as needed after adjustments.
Please ensure all text (title, artist, lyrics) is correct before generating, as text changes require a new render.
